We are a medium-sized manufacturing company. Contract manufacturing for the chemical industry is our core business. Our customers include small, innovative start-ups as well as international corporations. Our services include the processing of chemical products and their filling and packaging in a wide variety of containers. Our products can be found, for example, in car tires, plastics, paints, and varnishes, or are used in the home and garden or in agriculture. We also offer consulting services, procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, storage, and transport handling. Our team includes colleagues with technical and commercial training, with and without a background in chemistry, as well as semi-skilled workers, all of whom have challenging tasks.

Your tasks as Employee of the Supply Chain Management Department (m/f/d) at our location in Baar-Ebenhausen:

As an employee in the Supply Chain Management department, you will work in customer service. You are the direct contact person for our customers and process orders from the preparation of quotations to the dispatch of goods. You will draw up all the necessary working papers and track the progress of production, always working closely with other departments such as Planning, Production and Logistics. The planning and organization of your own projects round off your tasks in our team.

Prerequisites:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
• Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
• Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
