Production shift supervisor for packaging (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized manufacturing company. Contract manufacturing for the chemical industry is our core business. Our customers include small, innovative start-ups as well as international corporations. Our services include the processing of chemical products and their filling and packaging in a wide variety of containers. Our products can be found, for example, in car tires, plastics, paints, and varnishes, or are used in the home and garden or in agriculture. We also offer consulting services, procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, storage, and transport handling. Our team includes colleagues with technical and commercial training, with and without a background in chemistry, as well as semi-skilled workers, all of whom have challenging tasks.

Your tasks as shift supervisor (m/f/d):

• Führung des Schichtpersonals
• Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Organisation der Produktion (Quantität, Qualität, Anlagenleistung, Fehlervermeidung)
• Begleitung des kompletten Produktionsprozesses und Dokumentation
• Unterweisung des Schichtpersonals hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit
• Bedienung und Einstellung verschiedener Abfüllanlagen für Feststoffe sowie Flüssigkeiten

Prerequisites:

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung ODER umfassende Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Offenheit für neue Aufgaben bei einer umfassenden Einarbeitung
• Begeisterung für Technik
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
